1. Who we are

2. Health and safety
Pilates is physical exercise. Tell us about injuries, pregnancy and medical conditions before your first session and whenever they change. Check with your doctor if you are unsure. You take part at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Every client completes a health questionnaire and accepts these terms when registering through PTminder.
3. Booking and prices
Sessions are booked and paid for through PTminder. Prices are in GBP and are shown on the website and at checkout.
4. Packages
Sessions in a package must be used within the validity period below, counted from purchase. Unused sessions then expire.

5. Memberships
Memberships renew automatically every month and the monthly price is charged each month until you cancel. Every membership has a minimum commitment of 6 months. After the first 6 months you can cancel before the next monthly renewal date to avoid the next payment. The membership term is shown on each membership page. The sessions included each month do not carry over to the next month. Extra terms for a specific membership are shown with that membership.
6. Cancelling a session
Please give at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or move a session. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged as a used session. If we cancel, we will offer another time or a credit.
7. Your 14-day cancellation right
If you buy a package or membership online, you can cancel within 14 days of buying it under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start your sessions within those 14 days, you pay for the sessions you have already used.
8. Conduct
Be on time, wear suitable clothing and follow your instructor's guidance.
9. Insurance
We hold professional liability insurance.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
